About me

I'm Liz, a fully qualified and registered Hypnotherapist and Advanced Past Life Therapist and I am also a Life Coach, Holistic Healer and Master Practitioner of NLP. I am passionate about mental health and I have a sound understanding of the workings of the mind. With over 20 years' experience of working in the NHS and Education Sector, I bring a broad and unique skillset to my work with clients, having supported children, adolescents and adults to find solutions to their problems and live life to the full. My approach is integrative, solution-focused and person-centred which enables me to offer a unique, personalised service, tailored to your specific needs.

I naturally gravitated towards this field of hypnotherapy as I have an interest in the spiritual dimension of how the mind works, having previously trained and worked as a medium and spiritual healer, gaining my qualification in holistic healing. The power of the imagination in facilitation of healing never ceases to amaze me and I take such pride in seeing the results that my clients achieve. As Einstein said: "Imagination is more important than knowledge. For knowledge is limited, whereas imagination embraces the entire world, stimulating progress, giving birth to evolution."

I have undertaken additional training in NLP (neuro-linguistic-programming), which has developed my linguistic prowess, and helped me to broaden my repertoire of techniques that I use to help clients.

Past Life Regression

Past Life Regression is a hypnotic technique that takes you back into your previous lives, allowing you to access memories that are usually hidden in the unconscious. These memories may be impacting on your present life, causing hurt, pain or other unhelpful behaviours and feelings. Working with these memories can help you to release whatever is holding you back and bring about positive and lasting changes in your present life.

Past Life Regression is effective regardless of personal beliefs, and each client benefits from a unique experience. I will guide you on a journey of self-discovery, in which you will achieve a greater understanding of yourself and your life. You may begin to appreciate the reason for being attracted to certain places, people or things and you will be more able to accept yourself for who you are with loving compassion. You may be curious about people in your current life, wondering if they have been in one of your past lives, or you may have problems that you wish to overcome that other types of more conventional therapy have not helped with. Often lifelong negative behaviours can be alleviated with past life therapy and many clients state that it has given them the peace they were searching for. Connect with yourself on a whole new level, decrease stress and anxiety and overcome your problems permanently.

I am registered with the National Society for Talking Therapies and The Past Life Therapists Association. I am working towards accreditation with the UKCP and abide by their code of conduct. I have professional indemnity insurance and hold an enhanced DBS certificate.
