Past Life Regression Workshops for Personal and Spiritual Development
You can try a single workshop which is simply aimed at helping you to get a deeper understanding of our purpose in reincarnating and offer an opportunity to visit one of your previous lives.
There are also a series of workshops aimed at helping you to discover more about who you are. Each of the workshops are focused on helping you to have your own experience, and develop your own understanding of what those experiences mean for you now. There will be opportunities to gain insight into life lessons and repeating patterns within your current life, and to allow change to occur for you. There will also be plenty of time for discussion of the purpose of reincarnation.
Workshops may include group exercises, pair work, demo’s and talks. Exploring past lives, the time in between lives, progression to the future and how you experienced being in your mother’s womb are all covered in these workshops
I simply recommend you to come with an openness to your own experience, a readiness for self-exploration and an intention to enjoy the sessions. ;-)
