I am a highly qualified Hypnotherapist, who has trained with Dr Brian Weiss. I specialise in Reincarnation and spiritual disciplines, and have an international reputation gained by regressing hundreds of people around the world, both one-to-one and in workshops. Some of my regressions have been published in the national press, and my own story will be featured in Sometimes Miracles Happen, the new book by Dr Brian Weiss (due for publication in 2012).

I have been interested in Reincarnation and Spirituality since my teens in order to better understand my personal experiences. During my Doctorate research in Comparative Neo-Latin Philology (the historical branch of Linguistics) and in the years after it, I have studied Symbolism, the Christian and pre-Christian descriptions of journeys to the Other World in medieval Europe, and History of Religions. This has naturally led me towards Jungian psychology, the rôle of the Subconscious, and Hypnotherapy which I started to practice in 1994. I have a solid academic background with more than 20 academic publications to my credit, including two books, and I have spoken at international congresses. As well as some specialisations in branches of conventional hypnotherapy (see my website At The Apple Tree Hypnotherapy), I have specialised in Advanced Past Life Therapy; Past Life Energy Therapy, Future Life Progressions, Interlife Therapy, Age Regression Therapy and Counselling.

I work with Regression, Past Life Regression and Progression. These accompany consultations before and after.

I was interested in the area of PLRT for many years after having my own experiences. Training with one of my idols and a lead in the field: Dr Brian Weiss (author of Many Lives and Many Masters), was an honour and life changing experience.

Within sessions I work at the client's pace; they are fully in control of the process. I appreciate the importance of adapting each session to what the client wishes to achieve. The process is kept flexible and fluid, giving the client autonomy on which direction they wish to go.

Within sessions I may combine the use of meditation techniques, angel cards, crystals, essential oils and reiki. (Upon qualifying as a cranial sacral therapist in late July'18 this may also become integrated into my work.)

My strengths within the work are my intuition, warmth, creativity, empathy, authenticity and being fully present with my client on their journey.

I feel fortunate to have worked within the therapeutic, healing and social work field for almost 20 years. This has informed my awareness on the life challenges that people may face. Some of my extensive experience has been working with: criminality, self esteem related factors, young people, emotional / mental health, substance misuse, anger management, childhood abuse, domestic violence and family relationships.
