My first experience of past life regression was about twenty-five years ago. I had always wondered “why” about certain things in my life. Why was I so frightened of lightning? Why was I drawn to certain eras in history? Why did all these things keep cropping up in my life? During my first ever regression session, I saw glimpses of various events. The events I “saw” or “sensed” answered many questions for me and allowed me to let go of many “fears”.
Although there is no scientific proof either way as to whether we have lived before, some religions hold reincarnation as an important part of their belief system and there is an ever growing awareness of phenomena such as out of body experience. Many books have been written on PLR and other subjects such as Life between Lives. Information is being channelled all the time and many websites feature articles about spiritual issues. Nowadays, I am lucky enough to be able to pass on some of this information via workshops and one-to-one client work. In addition, my work has been featured in “Chat It’s Fate” in February 2010 and March 2011 (Past Life Therapist of the month). The PLR session I offer lasts approx. 2 hours and takes you back via childhood and the womb into a past life/s to get a better understanding of events in this one, healing you and freeing you to live more fully. Finally, you will be able to experience the unconditional love that is felt when your soul returns home and is greeted by loved ones. Whilst journeying in hypnosis, you will be able to answers questions such as “what is your purpose/reason for re-incarnating this time round, what year is it, whereabouts in the world are you, etc.” and these events will be recorded on CD for you to take away.
